Saturday I got up and did loads of housework. Tried on my Joseph jeans and couldnt tie em..even lying down. Ok I know they are a 6 but still..am 5ft 2. That chest infection has alot to answer for...that and my greedy gob. So with my "fat" jeans on I met my friend Sandra. We went into town and went round the shops, I bought a bikini from H&M (size 12 cups too small for my big boobies) so I'll change that at some point. I also bought a new hangbag to celebrate my promotion.I got ...dumdum duuuh £49 bucks off it as I was prancing around in the mirror... When I saw....20% LK Bennet if you buy Woman and home!
I hot footed it along to rsmcolls and bought the last copy. I then went alond to the Queens Arms to watch the National.Over the course of late afternon and evening I had 6 Gin and slims. Then I went for Italian where I had a selection of meats and a pizza. Glass of merlot too! 2 pints of water I went to my bed at 11:30pm
Sunday I got up, took mini mossy swimming to local pool. Did some more housework, dug the garden. Saturday nights excesses caught up on me and I was in my bed by 9. I had to kill a wasp first..see pic
I can't remember what I ate.....thinks....granola (muesli portion size with milk ...bliddy ell....how many cals you reckon?) and for dinner, haddock and sweetcorn and one crisp.
Monday Well so far I had quark with cashew butter, Then elevensies was quark and 20g granola (bear in mind its hardly any oats..sheesh the cals). 5k run at lunchtime ..near died...I haven't run in months! I could feel my arse joggin up and down! So lardy at the mo.
